Yeah, it's looking like
SakuyaChihaya route, but the description saysSo it may be about Gaia, while the other one is about Guardian.
This chapter pretty much confirm that Chihaya is the main heroine.
Also I think there is manga version of Terra side.

She has, SO MUCH going on for her.
Her life is just kinda... miserable.
Lucia is pure. She just doesn't know how to deal teenage boys around her age.
She's kinda like stereotypical girl who went to all girls school and find everything that boys do to be alien to her.
Also Lucia does have good dere side, the anime just didn't show much.

This seems like Chihaya route, based on how much get more focus compared to other heroine like Kotori.

Well in the game you can still get into Kotori route even if you choose the wrong first option, since this choice isnt one of the main ones that puts you in line for her route.
So this could still be the Kotori route
this isn't kotori route since he went with scissor (though I bet the first choice matters)
the other one has better art IMO :<
Looking at wikipedia side-r and side-b are supposed to be read together.
They are probably adaptations of different routes from the novel.
