wonder who else is in that ghost party.
I sorta gathered, but... why? What's the history? Is there some sort of japanese folk tale about a long chinned envy guy?
I've been there Oyamada buddy. I feel your pain.
It's shown up quite a few times. It's basically a reaction someone gets when they see someone else in a relationship, or if they're just jealous/envious of them. Or their love was rejected.
I get a kick out of imagining it as a "long face" gag, but I'm fairly sure that wasn't the intent as it refers to the chin specifically.
