It's pretty simple. It's not Neumann at all, it's someone else who made them evil. Case and Point when Nightengale gave an evil smirk it's her who made them evil or changed their personality. In the story prior there isn't or in fact little evidence that Neumann was evil and Newton so it's clear to assume that they were brainwashed by Nightingale.
It's not hard to think her ability could also involve changing peoples personalities or emotions or anything like that. nightingale is based on the first woman to establish Nurses. Or hell it could be someone else and not even " Nightingale" at all she could be lying.
Espescially with silver/white hair loli wheelchair. their turned into villain or final boss.
Did you not read the chapter until the end? Touya is literally asking that same question and sees inconsistencies in her line of thought. This means that this reveal is still coming, simply it wasn't meant for this chapter. This chapter was just the reveal of a f-ed up plan.
Kinda been waiting for the reveal as to why Neumann is a jerkbutt and what her dastardly evil/not-evil plan is but this is a bit of a letdown.
Lolis in wheelchairs man, they always turn traitor in the end.
Doesn't take a supergenius to see that this is a super narcissistic plan that'll make everyone involved in it complicit with mass murder at best and/or genocide at worst and thus making you into a great sinner, but hey don't let that get in the way of plot.
I'm not complaining either, just making a note. I wonder how it'll be handled.
Hello! We're glad you're enjoying it! I'm not sure if the chapters are released monthly, as we're working from the raws that are released as a whole volume and we still have about a volume and a half of material to go. If you're asking if the translated chapters will be released monthly, I think we will hopefully be finishing and releasing much faster than that, so please look forward to more coming soon!

The manga volume explicitly marks it as 25. Not sure why the previous chapters numbering does not adhere to that, but perhaps they were using magazine raws and the long chapters from the volume were broken up into two chapters for the magazine.

But : is this okay with your standard?? this manga towards shounen/teens. If yourself an adult, you should read some seinen manga. Some people taste are different
