I gotta say, this manga changes a lot if you read it several times. At first I didn't like Fujikawa at all, I felt very sorry for Haruna for the low way he treated her. But the closer you pay attention to his reactions the better you understand that he is somewhat serious and just wants Haruna to express her feelings honestly. He realizes she doesn't show him her real face but it seems like he wants to see that.
They are definitely not your everyday-shoujo-characters; Haruna is neither submissive nor idiotically shy, Fujikawa doesn't chase after her all the time or make her insecurities his problem. They are much more realistic than most shoujo couples. I came to like them a lot.
