I think they only put the chapter titles if they're written in English, which is usually pretty rarely, yeah. I remember being surprised myself when I first took a look, too.
...Okay, that makes more sense. I didn't read ahead as there's too much kanji for me to properly understand the dialogues, but it confused me since senmanga almost never puts singular chapter titles in the chapter list.
End and Restart are just chapter titles, lol.
So I went ahead to check raws for 59...
First of all, fuck you author, geez.
Second, apparently the series ended on 60, then had a "restart" a chapter later and is now on over 100 chapters?! What the hell is even going on...
