This series was really stupid and I'm glad I wasted a few hours reading it.
11/10 entertainingly dumb, would read again.
First it was blatant fan-service and religious craps then did a full 180 and tread into sci-fi turf, after some barely coherent plot points and over-dosing of cheese on the main char, it stepped right back into the religious muck with a horrible jesus christ wannabe? The fuck is this crap? -5/5
I WTF'd loudly at the last handful of chapters.

That annoying Pickaxe from Sun-Ken Rock most certainly does break the immersion into tiny pieces with his wacky humor.
I only read the final chapter after skimming the comments and lol. I have no idea whats going on but my first and only thought was: that a shitty ending for a story I know nothing about.
i thought you all were exaggerating. but now that i have read it. wow. glad i finished it but come on! what the fuck kind of ending is that?!
Okay, I read it. My thoughts are the following:
1. The story is completely, totally braindead.
2. Luna looks like she was drawn by an alien.
3. The "humor" moments break immersion like a burly man with a pickaxe does a china cabinet.
4. That said, the copious scenery shots are fucking amazing. Like, seriously, how do you draw that. O.O
I don't even popcorn.
This series just went full retard... I like it!
Although I don't agree with this manga's religious standpoint in the slightest... It has its moments I suppose, and for better or for worse, it feels like a manga trying to be a comic from the US

Damn, 10 more chapters. This is a bloody amazing manga, and it gave me new insight on things I did not know about. More things to learn. This will be ineteresting.
On a side note, Boichi's are is bloody gorgeous. I want to see him draw hentais xD
