An alien donning a black business suit appeared on planet earth and performed a dogeza so shameful it shattered the steel it had stood on and caused earthquakes so intense they would cover the entirety of earth's surface for hours to come.
It deeply apologized for all the death and destruction this unsupervised experiment had caused on planet earth following a series of very unfortunate and very unexpected events.

It then offers a contract to share its company's commercially available technology with planet earth at no cost for the next 1000000 years, which all of humanity signed immediately.
And thus humanity made great technological advancements and lived happily ever after. Well, until the sun died at least.

... i don't know man, i admit what Rem had done in this is pretty disappointing so far, but it's fact that he's hasn't shown to be OP in anyway yet, those rage you mentioned i just can't picture him doing anything in the same caliber...

And, in some cases, raging uncontrollably for a dear character's death is just a sign of immaturity. I prefer more if the character like just shot the villain dead in the brain or put him into a monster den after immobilizing him, give zero fucks to his demise, and be done with it .

Divine retribution is not always have to be delivered completely by the mourning character.
