yep, I started to read this only because I recognized the artist (liked otogi taisen fantasma, although too short was ts, I really liked the drawing style)

Also, while scanlators did a great job (as always, thank you Kirei Cake), they unfortunately mixed up 罪 and 罰. Chapters should be called "Sin of ***".
Further. It gets members gradually as you will see when scanlators catch up. Well maybe it's not a harem, but there's a strong bias towards female characters.

Yeah sure make your self believe that. for starters this author doesn't do harem.
You sure? The hairstyle the MC has plus his sharp eyes and small pupil is actually a combination quite rare for MC in a manga medium. Lelouch Lamperouge is one of the few similar MC i can think of, and even then, there's still differences between two.
If you're talking about his clothes, then that was basically Japanese standard school male uniform called Gakuran. Nothing's wrong with so many characters, who are still in high-school, wearing the same thing.
And, where do you actually see harem? True there's an unbalance between prominent male and female characters as of now, but that doesn't actually automatically means harem. If you're actually trying to use harem as a basis for your complaint, try to do that when there's a harem tag for the manga, or at least when canonically two or more characters are romantically interested in one person.
This must be the 2856th manga series with the same looking generic MC and harem.
And it reminds me of Kami-sama no Iu Toori. The MC will never be the first to play a game. Then, he will figure out what to do.

Well, that's pretty different.
She will be resurrected.
The only condition where any participant will die permanently is when everyone is dead during the game.
So actually, even if the killer wins, as long as she didn't also die, the other participant will also be resurrected, i believe. It's just, well, the killer will be the one to gains the most Points. Remember that everyone's ultimate goal in that Purgatory is to be resurrected for real, by collecting Points until the counts on their chest hit zero.
I think all person died in that game (including the killer) will be resurrected because the game finished without everyone dying...
so if the killer lose, she won't get resurrected?

I got the feeling that Sakai winning the game by getting killed is going to be a running trope for him.
I mean, look:
He already kinda declared something that if you look at it the other way, means that he won't hesitate to die if it is to ensures victory.
This then further prove that Prim's idea of battling each other at the start is not effective. Agreed?
it feels like this manga has too much room for plot holes and they are gonna use it, still gonna give it a chance, I hope it gets up dates.

It's always one person uses 1 and the other one uses 0.
Hence, everyone will lose at least once following this strategy.
Since the killer can't lose a battle, he has to use 1 or more, so they know who the killer is.
The only flaw I can see is that if someone who is not the killer fakes it and uses 1 point.
Then you can't really tell who is the killer.
