Poor Mama

Was she depressed or just ill?  Why did she expect the person she loved to just stick around when she already had a child and husband?  What good would running away have done if you're in that kind of situation?  Leaving your child without a parent is really despicable and the guy did the right thing by removing himself from the situation.  So instead of coming to terms with her life and appreciating what she had, she decided to sit by a window for the rest of her days until she withered away?  Ignoring the needs of her child and husband?  Really pathetic to be honest.  The tragedy in this work really comes from her own fuck ups, Martin did nothing wrong.

Also how did that child get so intuitive, like hot damn.  Pushing his mother out of the window was also really overkill, why would the gardener even cover for that little shit?  And honestly, the fucking nerve of that kid to lecture this random guy he never met to defend his dead mother that never seemed to even give two fucks about him.
