Dropped.
But the author, etc., have permission to make it, they call it special 'cause it is made off of the games, not the TV show, and includes monster death and blood. And slight NTR warning about ch. 11.
Pocket Monster is probably trademarked here too, but that isn't the name anything is produced under, a preventative trademark.
