I suppose technically not, but it does indicate that 29 further chapters were written that have yet to be translated. If you care enough to find out firsthand, search the request thread sent to Easy Going Scans by zekrom. Information about the publicly available raws is there if you search for it, so if you want to try and figure out if it is axed or not by attempting to decipher the last chapter on your own, go for it.
