It's a shame this isn't serialised. It's not that special but it's funny and entertaining. I'd like to read more about the misadventures of detective Kindaichi and Ran.
Wow random 20 faces continuation.
If you read Franken Fran before this like I did, don't come into it expecting a lot of horror and gore. The genre tags are very correct, this is more comedy than anything else. But it's that same charming (and perhaps slightly twisted) comedy that was found in Franken Fran, so you should read this anyway.
