When I started reading chapter 17 that was just uploaded, something seemed missing! Lo and behold, ghosty forgot to upload chapter 16 which is pretty crucial to understanding  what's going on (though, considering wifey's attitude, it wouldn't take too much to imagine what she said)...

I cannot stand that one girl!!! She's such a B**** ugh. I feel so bad for the husband. He's like the only reason why I'm still reading this. The wife is meh but she needs to get herself together and talk with her husband instead of waiting on his calls.

I've seen the raws and from what I can tell...

There was one more, final chapter and, unfortunately,...

I think the artist is better off writing her own stories, because Whisper is so wonderfully touching when compared to this comic that only leaves anxiety

Wait, aren't you the guy who uploads Koi Inu and whines about how the girl is a slut/whatever every single upload?

Jesus christ dude, get a better hobby or at least scanlate stuff you enjoy reading.

Yes, I scanlate Koi inu (and enjoy reading it), but what does that have to do with having an opinion about the stuff I read? No one's forcing you to read the comments that I write, and at least I have the common courtesy to put most of my bitching and moaning (not whining) in spoilers so people like you don't have to read them. As for Chiyo-chan, not once have I ever said, or even implied, that she is a slut.

With  chapter 9 you get a glance at what I was "ragging" on wifey about.

I don't know why everyone is ragging on the woman. The dude literally couldn't give a shit about his new wife to the point he ignored her the entire first part of the trip to the extent he didn't even know which locker her stuff was in, let alone not knowing her phone number. I've been divorced for 5 years or so now and I still know my shitty ex's number.

Ha ha ha! In this day and age, how many people actually remember anyone's phone number when you have your cell phone to do that for you? When I was young, the closest thing around to a cell phone was Captain Kirk's communicator and you actually did have to memorize phone numbers (or write them down in your own private phone book or, god forbid, look them up in a directory) because you did actually have to manually dial the number. I can't fault the husband at all for not knowing wifey's phone number and it would be no surprise to me if she didn't know his, either. Coincidentally, I've been divorced for 32 years and I still remember my lunatic ex-wife's phone number from back then (since we didn't have cell phones at the time to store them in), but now I couldn't tell you her current phone number, but my cell phone could.

I am ragging on the wife because: a. she assumed that her husband was kissing another woman, which wasn't the case at all; b. although the husband was willing to explain if they could go to somewhere more private, she chose, instead, to mindlessly run off in the middle of a foreign city which she had never been to before; c. she assumed that her husband was not trying to text or phone her because he was with the other woman without once considering that something untoward may have happened to him while he was chasing after her, like getting hit by a car, for instance; d. because I have "read" all the available chapters on naver.com and she pisses me off by what she has done since then, and the way she has been acting.

ok, it's not like the husband did something wrong per se, it began with a misunderstanding,

and while he did seem happy on his memories with her, he still didn't give a shit about anything when ~busy~

both women are crazy if you ask me, they generally don't write well women characters and men generally tend to be the prince style that always forgives her,  i'm staying for the art

..... Wtf is wrong with this girl!? She gets married in vain hope that it'll magically fix her relationship issues, runs away at the slightest hint of trouble, abandons her husband in a foreign country, and now hops into the truck of a complete stranger in the middle of nowhere.

Seriously, how is she still alive?

And they wonder why people in the real world act as if their IQ is zero.... I blame stuff like this and their actual IQ

Having looked at the raws...

This has an infidelity tag on MU, but sometimes tags can be misleading. I've seen manga with them and the only time there was "cheating" is when someone forced a kiss on a character in a relationship.

Well, chapter 5 has certainly raised the infidelity warning flag with the introduction of farmer boy...

why in the world would a married woman call her husband "oppa?" Is that the translation or is it suppose to imply these two do not actually have an intimate relationship (e.g., never consummated the marriage)?  Why would you still use a title rather than the individual's name in an intimate relationship?

Hey, I'm Korean and can explain this! Lots of women do refer to their husbands as oppa even when they get married; it's really common. In the raws she does call him oppa. I wouldn't really say the title says anything about their relationship per se- it's just something a lot of couples do. Not much to read into imo, it's def a cultural thing :P

It boggles my mind, too! Even my feeble attempt using google translate had the wife calling her husband "Oppa." Same goes for Japanese supposedly intimate relationships where the older one is called sempai. If you're going out with someone, and, especially if you're married to them, shouldn't you at least be on first-name basis? I guess it's just a cultural thing.

Even in Koi Inu, which I scanlate, it took Chiyo 24 chapters after she became Igarashi's girlfriend before she called him by his first name for the very first time instead of his family name (even when they were childhood friends she always called him Igarashi), and then another 35 chapters before she used his first name for the 2nd time!

Yeah, I know. It's just... These two are kinda annoying... I was venting with my lame mindset. Like, isn't a relationship all about communication? SO why put that off? My head.... I should stop reading lol. Since I don't support either character. But I do want to meet the 'other' guy.

A relationship is not just all about communication, neither of which the husband nor wife have scored very highly on at this point, but also about trusting each other, something that the wife has been very quick to relinquish. Like her, you will meet the 'other' guy soon enough...

I, too, should stop reading this. As of the most recent raws (don't open the spoiler if you don't want to be spoiled)...

One photo of her husband being kissed by another woman is proof of an affair? She deserves to take all his money and ruin him even though she wouldn't wait to hear his explanation? Sure, the husband should have explained right then and there, but not everyone likes airing their dirty laundry in public with a crowd of random people gaping at the situation. Instead of running off by herself, the wife should have grabbed him by the arm and dragged him away but, of course, that would have nullified the whole premise of the story.

It's really too bad that batoto's list of genres doesn't include categories like "Love Triangle" or "Cheating" so those of us who do not like reading such stories could avoid them from the get-go.

Korean comics do tend to the heavy-handed drama, often with a fair amount of triangles and cheating. That said,
Annarasumanara
Nineteen, Twenty One
Orange Marmalade
The Friendly Winter
. . . I notice most of these have had their chapters taken down due to Naver.  But they're all pretty good, indeed classic Korean romantic webtoons and none of them have any of that stuff, although that isn't to say they don't have any drama or angst.

Thanks for the recommendations! Surprisingly, I haven't read any of them, but I will give them a try.

Okay, it might be an exaggeration, but only slightly, and usually only if there isn't any romance and/or sex involved in the story to begin with, such as mecha or matial arts stories.

Damn, the fu... I feel kinda bad for the husband. But the wife, shes kinda.... eehhhh You dealt with your anxiety and everything while dating, but after deciding to trust his feelings and getting married, you've given up that trust? Because of a random girl? (Not that the husband is any better... should have settled the misunderstanding right there and then, bystanders and all). The wife should have taken a picture of his affair, provided it as proof in the divorce case and ruin the man by getting all his money. Sigh.... I'm not so sure about this.
