so this is a sequel to the manga that they made an anime adaption of...

i think i'll try reading the prequel before this, just to remember how that story went.

 

interesting how popular the shinsengumi has become. the japanese apparently like stories of loyal heroes fighting to death for a lost cause. the part that interests me the most are hijikata's poems, but i don't know where to find them...

I remember reading this when TP came out with it....then they stopped. =(

I instantly followed without even reading a single page just because of the cover art and the description. I love the whole time period with the Shinsegumi, brings back memories of Rurouni Kenshin
