Please read the description, in this one's case it's glaringly obvious why the English language chapters aren't on this site.

and i mean literally in the middle, as in, i was reading a chapter and then it got removed as i clicked on the "next page"...

Just reread the series again - I can only go through this every couple of years or so, because it's emotionally exhausting, but I can't stop reading till the end. I'm still doubtful whether the anime can convey just how amazing this series is, primarily because the art doesn't come close to capturing the dark, psychological horror of Iwaaki's black and white.
One question though, for anyone else going through this series like me, and preferably has read the raws - is Mayor Hirokawa explicitly stated by Migi to be a parasite during the election arc? It makes me wonder if Iwaaki made a mistake and retconned it later during the War arc.

The hell you talking about? this was completely translated yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaars ago. You can even buy the original in English and own it.
It wont hurt at all if your parasite doesn't transmits the sensation, since they can be their own thing, just read the manga.
