Put time travel in your stories and nobody bats an eye,
Make a mistake about genetics and science and everyone loses their minds!
As for the story in itself... Old.
This is, by today's standards, not a riveting tale or even an interesting one-shot. The entire thing is centered on one idea, one twist. The author spends the whole story setting it up, and there's not much beyond that. But I find it an interesting snapshot of what was done half a century ago. Damn that's old.
Asians found europeans to have big noses, so were sometimes called "big nosed guys", hence the caricatural representation of the Americans.
But I guess at the time, when things like that may have been new and fresh, it might have made a somewhat good read.
Well, yes.
But it's pretty old; the description says 1967. So I'm inclined to cut it some slack--this is from before this kind of thing had been done to death and thought through, and more so perhaps in Japan.
It kinda remind me of another story, but I didn't remember what mmm...
What? Sonny and Cher not invited into this manga story?
Narrator: Couldn't happen you say? Probably not in most places, but it did happen...in the Twilight Zone.
