it seems that shoujo sense not care about this serie so Waiting for someone to pick up this amzing serie!!
There is a few reason why some scanlators do not allow re-hosting there stuff.
1> Some site host the manga without the premission of the scanlators while watermarking which lead to an impression that they have contributed on the manga what they did not and don't aknowledge the scanlators work.
2> Most of the site that host some put alot of adds on their site and earning money on the manga's others work hard and do not compensate any party at all and hogs up all the add money.
3> Hosting a site cost money, so it is much appreciated to visit the site where the manga was scanlated from with any form of add-blocker turned off. This is just the way you can show the translators you appreciation. This helps them hosting the site and buy the necessary raws for translations.
4> Most of the hosting site like the one you mentioned re-size the pages to a smaller size image in order to save broadband leaving the readers on that site a lower quality scans or unreadable text that does not put justice on the work that the mangaka and translators did. All to just save money for their own pockets.
There are few more reasons but this should give you a general idea why.

We do accept donations(info at our wp in right side panels), but OD needs more than that proofreader.
It would be nice seeing comments at our wordpress or forum or even at irc - it boost up spirit more than you can imagine. It was just pure luck(maybe bad one) that I saw comments here.

Every online reader doesn't give a damn about their rules, so they are ultimately useless.
Plus, the only respectable online reader (batoto) is not then allowed to host it.
