most likely because MC got into the school because of Chairmen...
So... if the MC got expelled randomly, it would mean defying the Chairmen, so the Chairmen would of course veto it.
So now that we know that the Chairman and the Prince are ostensibly enemies, in that Prince is trying to stop him from demolishing the school or whatever, I'm actually a little curious why the Chairman veto'd expelling the MC in the first place. I'm really hoping it isn't one of those "I thought you could change him" scenarios because we already get that with the little sister and to have them both feel that way would be stupidly repetitive. On the other hand though, I can't think of any other explanations that would make sense.
