To be fair, if you compare the two English translations for chapter 1 you'll see a lot of differences, both in style and the actual translation. Since Chibi Manga posted theirs about a month after Strawberry Time Scanlations, they could have been trying to clear up any confusion (like how coming out could be interpreted as gay).
I think that is pretty much the problem with chibi manga :/ I've seen this quite a couple of times now that they pick up/start a series that another group is already doing..
Hmm. So why is that there are 2 scanlators doing this series?
Erm...I'm not quite sure if there is no mistake in translation. Or else how's it possible to expect the guy, kissing the girl several times on previous pages to be gay???
Okay, what the hell was that punchline on the last page? I was not expecting a gay joke there, and unless I'm mistaken, it doesn't make any sense.
Aww, an impossible romance...perhaps.
