Ok, this actually has elements that might very well make it become a good manga.
Consider the following:

And such. It is almost subverting a lot of things and saying subtly: Yeah, those things you always like about galge? Imagine how it would feel to be the person having those happen to you. The main female character stops being objectified at that point and becomes more sympathetic. You actually get to feeling bad that kokoro has those things happen to her. Even if at the end MC goes back to being a guy, if nothing else, he will have learned a valuable lesson from all of this.
This might actually turn out to be a well written story if it continues.
Consider this followed.

like for Fate Kaleid Illya, start from weird doujin from "Hiroyama Hiroshi", but Type-Moon take interest ...
adapt in Fate series ... so ... yeah, quite a lot of demand ... even making anime series too out of it ... (1st series has just ended, but second season already in production plan)
demand is everything, sales is everything, and money is what makes any of it goes around ...

It's a doujin, fat chance it'll get serialized or something like that. But maybe if the authors are still interested in continuing it, it might get more chapters at the next comiket.
Didn't read it yet, but it says ch.0 so I'm guessing it's a one-shot. If it's popular enough it could get serialization.
But of course I haven't read it so feel free to ignore my comment.
