Would be nice to see more, but as a oneshot it probably won't happen, nonetheless I still got a giggle out of it, which I really needed.
While it's not a perfect one to one comparison, you can frequently compare oneshots to pilot episodes for television shows. Many wont go beyond the pilot, but many do get bumped up. This one definitely looks like it was trying to sell itself, so I wouldn't be surprised if it got serialized.
There are a lot of one shots that get serialized, personally this one is good, having a cross-dressing and a sister with brother complex, the mangaka can make some more chapters ^^
