The Sister acts like a good older sister and nothing beyond that.
She shows a lot of love towards him but it doesn't feel like its romantic at all. It really warms my heart seeing these scenes.

i think its referring to fried ice cream, its a thing here in asia and south east asia, ive seen them on the street, restaurants and candy stores, i have no idea how they made it, but the thing is, fried ice cream exist, therefore fried chocomilk exist too
