This took me a good while to compile as there were quite a few releases from different groups and people, spread all over the internet. I hope I've managed to find all of them. For the Locked in Heaven artbook, it was scanned and translated by a Spanish group. I decided to leave the pages intact, instead of tampering with the release. For the Kill Me or Say Love Me Fanbook, most or all of the pages in Japanese were translated and included by Forever More in various chapters.
