The art style is interesting (though definitely better looking in color-pages), it actually seems to slightly vary between exotic and extremely amateurish drawing styles.IMO the problem seems to be a lack of emphasis on narrative, there are too many people with too many unique features, who all say seemingly random things all the time and it constantly jumps between them.

I'd recommend this to someone looking for something unique, not someone looking for a well-made story.
The art and dialogue is very irritating. I thought of reading the missing chapters elsewhere before continuing here, but it's just not quite so good as the summary made me think.
