Non-chan to Watashi

Because of all the crap in the past things got awkward between them. I'll say 70% it's the woman who is to blame here and the rest goes to the man. She is also acting rather sanctimonious by criticising him and being oh so bothered seeing him always with a new woman at his side. I mean it is clear that this is the author's way of telling us that she has some unresolved feelings towards him, but couldn't she just made the MC less.....patronising?

 

Ah, I am not really fond of her. Calling her monkey is not unwarranted considering how insecure she is and her behaviour makes her appear rather superficial. Always swallowing up her own feelings and never acting upon it.  She also thinks too much and her interpersonal insight is rather poor. I understand why he didn't tell her at the beginning that he loves her. I wouldn't want to be in a relationship with such a wobbly person who never says what they feel, are constantly questioning everything and hide behind other people's motivations or wishes (Non-chan's parents for example). She is a pretty weak, selfish protagonist and yet all that makes her yet very real.

What so he gets pretty much a kick to the dick for being rejected and that means he can't go have sex, he was obviously planning to tell her when she told him to fuck off, he was probably just sleeping around to fill the hole in his heart

The guy slept around a lot when he knew the girl could see it happening and constantly made fun of her.
She gets to the point of breaking down before he tell her he loves her.
He clearly had the confidence to sleep with all those women but not enough to tell the girl he loves he does before so?
If this was about a girl doing these things to a boy it wouldn't be so "cute".
