There is. The contributor Lyxania can fix the chapter her/himself. She/he just should fix "sort order" of the chapter. Also if you report problems via "report problems with chapter/comic", maybe the moderators can fix, too... Btw I agree with you, it's really annoying. xD
Chapter 20 has been on top position for months now and it's annoying. Is there no way to fix this?

p.s. As of C17, Saburo has spent more time as Nobunaga than he has as Saburo

I wish that this manga is a world line where Nobunaga (our MC) can actually conquer the world. It will be more interesting that way.
