Description: | The internet is full of rumors about the Neet and Hikikomori genius gamer siblings Sora and Shiro. The two go as far as to refer to the world as a "shit game", but then one day a young man calling himself "God" summons them to parallel universe. There, God has forbidden war, and "everything is to be settled with games". Yes, even the national borders. Driven into a corner by other species, the 'human species' is down to its last city. Can Sora and Shiro, these related failures of society, become the saviors of humankind in this parallel world? |

the chapter was great .. until it ended at 12 twelve friggin pages!! this is monthly ffs
yep, using this to complement the rise that the movie did ... the hiatus could appear after the arc (or ending it)
the spin off still continues btw.
DESU VULT, INFIDEL!
That is Japan's most mangas "objective" tho, not only here lol.
As far as I know, this is the latest officially released chapter.
I'd say he's the one doing the brainwashing using his sister. -.- Brainwashing them into lolicons, that is. >_>
WAGE KAWAII CRUSADE! RETAKE THE HOLY LAND OF LOLI CUTENESS! DEUS VULT!
Cuteness is justice. Cuteness is life.
Kawaii is OP.
W-what, a new chapter?
The manga is still waaay before the point the anime ended.
This is a welcome update. Anyone know how far the manga went relative to the anime?
You're clearly biased by the anime, mate.
Anime version is more ridiculous considering the fact that the Imanity Kingdom there are supposed to be the "No-Magic Country". Plus, having them be person-sized created a loophole of why Blank didn't exploit them for something else. Lastly, this way it looks like Sora won't need to woe the enemy's queen. God i cringe so hard at that part.
That complaint of yours about Kurami is stupid, because she was always drawn that way in this manga since her debut. And she is actually supposed to still look down on Sora and Shiro at this point, she's being smug is a given, you know?
...
probably continuing to end it ...
won't get surprised if it end after this chess arc (when they become king, queen)
Hiatus of manga ended? Surprising.
Exactly my thoughts.
...
if the author really THAT reluctant, then I'm afraid this will become another manga for LN promotion ...
(unless they tried to pass the anime version which is good, OR ... for movie / OVA feeding before releasing)
*sigh*
The manga version of this chess game is kinda sad... Sora's speech looks kinda stupid when he's talking to a bunch of chess pieces. It makes more sense in the anime when the chess pieces are anthropomorphized (yes, I had to look this word up) and had the facial expressions to have this make sense. Also, Kurami seems over-drawn, she's in no way that schemingly smug.
it was actually on hiatus??! they talk about the new movie D:
Here ye Here ye anyone who updates this gains the right to bang any woman they like
From what I remember reading before I dropped this series, the author had never planned on making the manga. It was just suppose to be a novel that was written during the author's hospital stay. So, when the editor suggested a manga adaption, the author (who is also the artist) was really reluctant. During the entire manga duration the author kept having problems, and after the author had to be readmitted into the hospital due to stress and other factors (since I think the author was both drawing the manga and writing the newer volumes at the same time), the editor finally went "Ok, you can stop the manga if you want". (That and I think the anime adaption was a factor, since they were able to reel in money from the novel and anime, so the additional money from the manga was just short change).
But, I'm not sure how accurate this is since this information was read long ago and it may have... been altered by time.
After the anime didn't go anywhere years ago, and then finally seeing this manga pop up on the feed... It seems as if the Manga hasn't made it very far either....
Is it just worth it to read the LN, or will there be any work on the manga?
I though this one was gone forever.
Oh yeah, this exists. The licensed edition of the LN is even caught up with the 5 volumes on bakatsuki that eventually got taken down. I might just buy volume 6 and 7 when the later comes out in December.
Well this is a nice suprise
