It is licenced and scanlation groups are "supposely" be working on unlicenced manga so they can licenced~

They are not, though hints of shounen-ai (boys love) is strong.
The manga has a huge Fujoushi fanbase (girls who like guyxguy).
But rest assured, it doesn't seem like the publication or the author is going to go into detail on it.
i hope sion will be become more less naive... and collects his act together and be the genius that he is...
