Storyline aside, some of the the MC's closeups and Western pop-culture references in this manga are to me more than vaguely reminiscent of Daniel Clowes' style. Which I actually find pretty cool for a 1990ish manga such as this to showcase.
One of the few gems I look forward being updated...
all joking aside chapter 30 is going to be redone under Blast Comic Scans, with a proper translator. and all future releases will be by BCS for as long as they are willing to translate it.
and since i won't be doing Katsuo, i am looking into picking up Legendary Leader Shou (if i can ever find the raws) since it was dropped by the group that was doing it
Leader Shou is from the same artist and follows a similar story-line

The MC piss someone off ----> Gets beaten to a pulp ------> Girl shows up hinting on romance ------> The MC gets rematch -------> Luck and endurance makes him win -------> Gets the girl.......not....close but no cigar-------> Repeat.
It works, it´s fun read, just don´t take it serious.
