[06:00:38:07] shitunen being relatively not common usage (maybe mostly only see it in written)

[06:00:38:18] and shitunen/shiturei

[06:00:40:22] that's the last panel, shiturei with the furi written as shitunen

[06:00:40:58] shiturei shimashita of course is a very formal way of saying like "excuse me" or whatever

[06:00:43:13] so she's using this very formal way of saying that she forgot (lost the memory) of these things

[06:00:44:12] and then when called out on her just wanting to say shitsunen, she turns it into like, yes i've really failed 2 b polite about it (lost politeness)
