damn it... they just had to do that to the cute girl.... and here I thought she would be the next hare-companion to the group.
That ghost underestimate the true speed of Caesar.
It could also be another factor. The statement is "There is more than one demon king" perhaps even though Caesar is the "Demon King" by the "legal" cause. He's not actually the "true" demon king. They've already included in the class system that there is a classification above "Champion" known as "Legend". No one ever said that the Hero had to be of a "light" alignment in order to be a hero. And when you think about it. All of the people he's killed... how many of them haven't proven they aren't corrupt? (Like that guild master who killed a guild member because he was broke) So thus far he has never performed a "true" evil act. He hasn't killed anyone who didn't earn their demise beforehand. So perhaps it's not that he "doesn't" it's that he "can't" kill innocent people. (Then again they haven't really explained WHY he became demon king in the first place just that he became one very shortly before the story started)
From what we know, there are a bunch of high level monsters in this world, so the catch about his situation is probably that he can't gain xp from fellow monsters any longer, when i think about it, his level is probably at Max already, but he needs to bust some hero caps as a requirement to get into his god form.
But this is a comedy series, could be some retarded hidden factor to it for all we know.

I wonder if he got some EXP from killing a level 999 Goblin King...
He wanted to lvl up, but he coudlnt by fighting heroes because their lvls are waaaaaaaay too low for him to lvl on them so his plan was to boot a hero's lvl so he can later kill him and get xp.
About #3, wasn't he quite happy to have gotten rid of his stuff?
#1 was to become immortal I thought, or at least not to die to the heroes, which is a bit silly considering there are no strong heroes around.
1) He needs to kill high level heros to become the True Demon King(or was it god?)
2) Punch the ass who thinks he's better than him
3) Get his stuff back
