A google search indicates that the weird capitalization here actually is from an acronym, though what bearing it has I don't know and I don't have any idea why the number 9 is next to it if so...

 

Well. If it makes you feel better the katakana under it is "nain" which would be pronounced exactly the way you want it to be.
