Nekomori-kun no Himitsu no Tobira

This is possibly the best shoujo oneshot I have read, and I have read A LOT.


The dialogue and imagery work hand in hand and both the characters are endearing.



It seems 8/10 mangas with male protagonist POV always work better because, we don't have to suffer through the typical weepy, whiny inner monologues of the girls.



The pacing and flow was also good, and you can tell the mangaka spent a lot of time planning and preparing for this oneshot.


Definitely a must read!

I love the imagery, illustration, the pace... this is a wonderful one shot. I will definitely return for a re read.

@Naturize So true. I did imagine myself seeing through people's lies, It was bad cause you afraid of what people think of you and you will become too self-conscious...blah blah blah happens.

I don't know why but I never seem to tire of this story. I've read it dozens of times now. It's just adorable!

Fun and sweet. I like it.
This reminds me of a one-shot by Morinaga Milk called "Passionate Electric Waves", which is one of the most hilarious things I've ever read. If you're thinking of reading it, be warned: It's yuri, it has explicit sex, and it involves a little alien shaped like a penis(!) who wants the main characters to wear these glasses that let them see what people are thinking. The poor alien takes quite a bit of abuse because of this accidental resemblance . . .

Haha I like it all the little ppl in their hearts.
