A totally twist ending would be when all of a sudden in the end all the girls he ever tried to hook up with actually realize they have fallen for him and then start confessing. I'd laugh my ass off.

I know it's coming to an end soon, but it's gonna feel like a shallow victory since he just lost the best girl in my eyes.

I just checked and chapter 39 on mangabox is the second half of chapter 20 (volume 5) in the tanks.  In the tanks chapter 39 is the last so that leaves roughly 36 more mangabox chapters till the end.

Quite possible, this series is 8 volumes long, a monthly series, usually those go around 4-6 chapters a Volume, So about 38-45 chapters.

Oh my god, I have never related with a character so much in my life. Having a girl lose interest, because you're interested, the one girl who is nice ot everyone, the unrequited feelings towards a person who liked you, wanting to put myself out there, but avoiding people and scenarios whose vibe I feel like I won't like. It's almost uncanny, but at chapter 13, he's out with rika, the series might as well end here. She is clearly the best girl, he's having a great time and he even admits that he's a fool for never noticing her. 

Finally got a massive update and the similarities just keep on rolling, wanting to go for the unrequited love due to vulnerability, trying to impress a lost cause, complete heartbreak, the seemingly perfect girl with a darkside and falling for a girl with a boy. Seriously to hell with the author for introducing sautomi, she just took rika's spot as the best girl. Also, at this point I'm gonna be upset if the author has seiya end up with rika in the end, despite being the obvious choice from the beginning.
