well rounded background story, but the main is a tad too much of a dork for my tastes. he looks so goofy

if you think the art is not good enough yet just wait this is still the beginning the artists will get better over time

I don't see why there's so much hate on the art. It's not your typical manga style, but it's not bad, insofar as the art work goes. There are many worse than this, even among the more popular Japanese and Korean series.
