I think you should leave the Mr and Miss crap that Adelia used all the time, they were too formal and in the raw Adelia didn't address them formally at all.
In English, it's normal/not rude to just call by name, even to your boss.
Just a note, I think 'Mas' which Adelia used to address Adimas would fit oppa in Korean. Not sure in Japanesse, -san is the closest I can think of. She can use -niisan to call her cousin though.
But again, just leave all the suffix/prefix if you want to stick in English
Most couples are kissing, although obviously not in public. Unless they're the type like the MC here who get marry without dating first. (Marry first, dating later)

we're not islamic country... but it's just how our culture is..

In some ways age are important in mariage thing, I mean after get a good job, man or woman better to get married at their proper age (female for like 24-28, and male for 27-30 something). Once you pass the ideal range, that will be a burden and big risk because when women (particularly) get married after 28's old, risk for getting pregnant are bigger (misscarriage), and pressure from society.
I'm not sure what you mean by that in relation to my comment....what is it about their age? I'm asking because there are various ways I can interpret your comment.

It reminds me of 2 teenagers that got arrested in Marocco for posting a photo of them kissing on facebook. I don't know what happened to them after that.

It's kinda surreal to see the "other" parts of my upbringing in a manga (as a Pakistani Muslim-American), other than Otoyomegatari I don't really see the topic or culture covered much. Looking forward to seeing how this goes!
