A manga about beer? Sold!
Now I feel like having a beer. Good thing I still have a Belgian in the fridge. XD
I hate beer, but this manga seems good. Makes me sad that I hate beer. There's so much history and culture in beer.
That is one smug looking feline. Like a feline version of Muttley...
I already follow those mangas, bud. Also i own all the Drops Of God as paperback. Sommelier is something i haven't heard of. I shall seek it out next.
There's a lot of alcohol-based mangas. Depending on what you are looking for in a "beer" manga, you might like Nomi Joshi. ( http://vatoto.com/comic/_/comics/nomi-joshi-r16393/) It focuses a lot on food pairing with alcohol. Also, there is Isekai Izakaya "Nobu" ( http://vatoto.com/comic/_/isekai-izakaya-nobu-r18302 ) which focuses more on the food served with alcohol, but still has a bar as a theme. Then of course you have mangas that focus on alocohol with less of a focus on beer. (Bartender, Drops of God, Sommelier, etc.)
From the bottom of my heart i thank you! I'm a big cuisine/cooking manga fan but so little of that gets translated to english. After reading the Oishinbo A La Carte book on Sake i was wondering if there was a manga about beer. Now there is and i am happy. Thank you so much for doing this
We have no intentions of dropping this manga. We're a huge fan of Tagawa Mi's stuff. But we originally thought it was just going to be a one-shot but turns out it did get serialized bi-monthly. So we're going to wait until the first volume comes out before we continue to work on this series. That way we get all the extra omakes and such like we do with Chichikogusa.
Aaand finally the manga about the only thing in this world that really matters.
So two Brewmeisters, one who is in it just to be drunk, and one who wants to brew the best beer ever.
Sounds so interesting!!! I can't wait to read more. It reminds me of when I took history class, and I was told those who drank tea were more healthy since you can disinfect the water after boiling it, while fresh water was more dangerous in Europe.
FINALLY! THEY MADE A MANGA ABOUT BREWING BEER! If only there was a manga about making sake too and i hope this won't get dropped.
Fantasy? Beer? Good art?
Nice.
