Great story all in all. It a pity they cut it short but NEET is hard to love at first. But it only makes his strengths and good moments shine even brighter. His character is a tribute that if he can change then so can we.
Even if it got cut short, it landed quite smoothly. I really liked this story.
This totally was a great monster-hunter-esque manga. I had really hoped it'd get a longer run but I guess having an actual Neet for the main character isn't really popular right now. I hope he can continue making more work, I love his stories.
We will miss you, NEET.

It was a rushed ending, but it was the best that could be done under the circumstances. It's a shame we'll never get all of our questions answered and this was one of my favorite mangas as a big Monster Hunter fan. I enjoyed it much more than "How I Stalked some dude" which is a Dragon Quest tribute since Monster x Monster was original take on the entire Monster Hunter world. The humor and pervyness was great and I loved that while Neet was a loser he was a still a great main character with great moments.
Talk about a rushed ending. Oh well.

Agree with this, the translation is pretty good for the most part but a native english proofreader could come in handy to make it sound more natural.
