Really liked this chapter. Music is dear to me, and I was glad to finally see some background being shed on the band. For anyone who wants to hear the song mentioned in the credits, here's a link:

Thank you so, so much for your work, Pigeon Scans & One Snowshoe!! It was a lovely read.

Kimchi_boy, It is a great song.  I wound up spending a bit too much money to purchase the full vinyl discography of the Dylan II after translating that chapter.

I'm incredibly grateful that you enjoyed the series.  As I wrote in a rather lengthy post on the One Snowshoe blog, I fervently urge readers of this series to consider not as some direct ancestor or successor to "Natsu no Zenjitsu" but as a standalone product with different goals altogether.  It ducks and weaves in an out of characters' lives in vignettes more similar to Coffee Mou Ippai or Tenohira Size than any sustained serialized product.  When viewed discretely and in the context of their own virtues, each of these little vignettes is wonderfully compelling.  Many had my heart catching in my throat as I read them.

I just hope we've been able to do this wonderful little work a fraction of the justice it deserves.

Do a follow up on Akira dammit.

Aaand we get the exact opposite of that. Not even a thought of Akira (though I would venture a guess that she didn't exist at the time of this manga's creation). Well, it would be an impossible thing to ask, since Natsu no Zenjitsu was written to complement this work, and not the other way around.

Still, it hurts.

Do a follow up on Akira dammit.

Guess I'll call this the alternate-universe prequel-sequel to Natsu no Zenjitsu... The differences in the characters are kind of jarring, and the drama between Tetsuo and Hanami just seems cheap and petty in comparison to what happened in Natsu no Zenjitsu.

Yet the dynamics within and between the other characters, in contrast, are deep... It's not Natsu no Zenjitsu, but I do recommend this series.

How can the art be so different (rough) from the same artist for the same characters? I almost didn't recognize Hanami.

Lolwut..? So... Hanami turn into b***h and could sleep with anyone after she broke up with Mori
