Oh boy, we're in for a ride. Aniya Yuiji brings up the drama when we least expect it. And her art style mirrors the mood so effortlessly that it still retains a refreshing quality: Cartoonish characters and sketchy backgrounds for the goofy slice of life; and serious expressions and a realistically detailed backdrop for the dark undercurrent of the characters' past.
I'm looking forward to the second volume. Thanks for the hard work, Yaoi Is Life!
