My reaction when this title appearing in my Bookmark timeline :

One problem: Andou has memories from his childhood before that time. So it's not a plausible theory. Besides, if that were true, his development with Hime is thrown into the garbage, and it's plainly obvious the author wouldn't go that route. Most likely it has to be a one time thing.

Also, Ouji partially got hazed in memories when Andou kissed him the first time, and he plainly remembers the girl since he spoke of her as if he knew her. So that theory has quite some holes in it.

Where to we actually know he has memories of that far back. Also we know that succubus can alter memories so who says his father/mother didn't alter his. He but that's besides the point. Why would himes romance be over.

Stop thinking about human terms. He/she is a succubus. He needs both kind of foods to survive effectively there is nothing around that fact as of now. So the most likely route is that she/he takes both.

Edit: alas one thing that gets mentioned could be a potential prove that sucubus are born female. It's said that the baby's get excess energy of their mother before they are born and live with it until they are around 17. They keyword being mother. To be a mother they mostliekly need to feed mostly on females during that time which in turn would lead to excessive amount of female energy. But that's just a guess.
