This is fantastic. It reminds me of that odd film from a while back, You Kill Me. Obviously because of the setting being a funeral company, but also the macabre yet comedic tone. I guess stories about funerals have to be dark comedies.

My guess...
in japan its costum to call older males 'oni-chan' even without blood relation. MC Might have called glasses guy 'oni-chan' during her aunt funeral (which may or may not was lost in translation). She now tells him that even if he does kill her like he threatened earlier, it migt not be so bad.
