It's from GFantasy - a shounen magazine, but some of their most famous works are Black Butler, Saiyuki, Hatenkou Yuugi, etc.

Please take what I say below with a grain of salt. Not everyone will feel or think the same as me and might enjoy this more than I do.
The mangaka has a habit of drawing hands weirdly small. At first I thought it was a gag because there was a line the first time I noticed it about "give me back my hand" but it kept happening so now I think they're just bad at hands.
I love shoujo manga romcoms that are basically a shonen manga, but without the awkward male main character. Moar.
