Thing is, this series is not about getting hard ons for little girls or boys, it's about kids being a pain to deal with. Teachers and parents can relate to these kinds of stories. Of course there is some fan service for pervs, because that's the kind of things that gets you money, but that's not what the author wants to convey, neither is the point here. So yeah, it is quite fitting for it to be in a seinen magazine.

Except Seinen isn't a Genre. It's a Demographic. Every series that is in a Seinen Mag is given the Seinen "genre" Tag because it's targeted demographic is the same as that of the Magazine otherwise it wouldn't be in said Magazine
