This is incredibly disappointing, If you're reading the comments, don't read this beyond chapter like 25 or so.
I think there was a plot point about Kawaguchi not really loving Sachi or it not mattering that it was her, and I guess those last chapters or so do prove that was true, because I barely see her at all, much less close to Sachi or caring about her.
I'm surprised how slow this manga moves, even after reading 46 chapters in one sitting. It feels like the author is scared of the plot moving or something.
I can't look. Please, someone tell me--does anything happen in this batch of chapters? Is there a moment somewhere that isn't just more frustration?
When you think about it... The author might actually be going through something like what they wrote in the story, just like how the characters' own manga are also affected by their mood. I don't know what their personal life is/was like so this is just assumptions of course, but it kinda makes sense.
This starts in such an interesting way, and then... Nothing. Just nothing fucking happens. Nobody develops or changes, the girls date for literally years and yet never go beyond holding hands, or for that matter having many dates even. Every chapter is just one of them going, "uh oh, almost time for my deadline!" and then Takeda's awful to one or both of them. It's literally the same chapter over and over again with maybe 2 or 3 pages worth of actually new developments (which still never end up going anywhere). The brother still has a crush on the girl who turned him down two years ago. They don't seem to have any reason to stay together at all, we still don't even really know why or what they write about...
Such a goddamn disappointment. Cripes.
You take it wrong. Not only did it stop short of getting anywhere, they're living in different friggin' cities now thanks to that person I was melting down about.
Holy hell, PLG had a meltdown. So I take it the leads at least GET somewhere with their relationship? It's not dragging on anymore?
is Batoto have any member's comments history search ?
that's way we will easy find good shoujo ai/ yuri.
You know a yuri manga is good if you see a Purple Library Guy comment on it XD
well you know its a good manga if you are ragin over it lol
I find this manga deeply frustrating. I loved it, just loved it, as the relationship between the two leads very, very gradually developed and there was characterization and a certain breezy style and art that's kind of different but which I appreciate.
And then this character showed up and got in the way. Didn't even create a triangle really, just got in the way. Listen, I rarely use the term 'bitch', OK? This Takeda person who showed up is a bitch. She's nasty, judgmental, self-righteous, and seems to think she can do whatever she wants and say whatever she wants with no regard for the needs or feelings of others, and for some bizarre reason nobody ever seems to call her on it, and she doesn't seem exactly to want either of the two leads but she spends her time doing nothing but try to drive or pull them away from each other, generally claiming it's for their own good, like it's any business of hers. So by ch 39, the cute lead has moved away, this Takeda bitch has moved in with her even though she apparently according to her own thought bubbles was basically contemptuous of her, and there seems no possibility of having a scene with the two leads that doesn't have this creepy nasty dysfunctional annoying bitch sticking herself in the middle and ruining it.
What the hell is she doing there? Aaarrrgghhh!!! She's disfiguring my nice manga experience, get her off those pages!!!
Is this still alive?
Personally I find myself tired of it while reading but missing it when not, so...
I like the character designs a lot. The editor near the end reminds me of the female teacher in The World God Only Knows.
It's pretty amusing so if you don't mind a little Yuri then go ahead and give it a try.
