Is it just me or did Juumonji's model become slimmer?

So many replies to one of INTER's comments.

Chillax, sit back and enjoy the girls.

Erika agrees with you on the last page.

Mayumi is watching you...

with tatsuya, he'll see everything of you, down to the very last cell.

Mayumi is watching you...

That's nothing compared to Tatsuya's Elemental Sight.

Mayumi is watching you...

That Shizuku's sleeping face, my heart...

I swear Eimi's ten times prettier in this manga

If I'm thinking about it, I can only sympathize with the anti-magic faction (not blanché). They protest against the ongoing establishment of a two class society. A two class society with no means of rising up with you're own efforts. "Magic power" apparently can't be learned and is hereditary.
Class societies with fixed hierarchy always always leads to oppression or revolt

No matter what arguments the siblings have / student council have about "hard working" blabla, they atleast have the possibility to change their status...

You do know that in this world, magicians (especially powerful ones) have less freedom compared to non magicians.  So the oppressed ones are actually the magicians, not the non magicians.

Other points has been stated by RolfCat and mulanda, so I won't repeat them.

I read the LN and she never uses that sort of slang/very informal talk, not sure anyone other than maybe Eimi does? I try picturing her blank face saying "True dat" and it's just flat out wrong... not in her character at all.

Reasonable enough. It would have been perfectly fine if I just had her say "true", but I chose not to since the line she said was longer than I expected. Well, what is done is done. Thanks for your insight and comment. It quite honestly did not occur to me that it was not a "formal" line".

What makes you say that?

Rubbish.

It is about who is worth more to society. If magicians are overwhelmingly, objectively of great worth, then simple supply and demand will tell you companies need lots of money to attract such valuable talents. The law doesn't even need to force people to pay more for magicians. If they are rare they will be sought after.

And not having magical powers does not stop people from becoming bankers, politicians, lawyers etc. just as in our world. So again, rubbish.

It might sound harsh to many people, but egalitarianism is about equal opportunity (in this case, giving everyone a chance to develop their magic), not equal results.

The brother is being discriminated though.
Spoiler

Miyuki most certainly is a cold woman while in yandere mode.

I freaking hate all of the MC's family they can all go get nuked to oblivion by an op manga god

Chapter 16 Page 20, pretty sure Shizuku would never say "True that". But all the same, thanks for the update, love the LN and this is POV we never see, so it's pretty cool.

So, whats up with everyone and their mother skipping chapters these days? Just saw ch. 17 up on another site, but no chapter 16. This is like the fifth manga i read who suddenly just skipped a chapter this christmas.

16, 17 and the little extra 17.1 are up on MSD's website. We did not skip a chapter. Rather, whoever decided to upload the chapters themselves did. The chapters will be up on Batoto soon.

And this is why humanity needed the Nuremberg Trials.

That's going a step too far. A badass is a badass regardless of that reasoning.

But if we are going on definitions, then...

Badass - 'a tough, uncompromising, or intimidating person.'

Spoiler

Err... who is that other chick with Honoka and Shizuku at the end of chapter 15?

Akechi Eimi (the red haired girl)

Some facts for you

Spoiler

doesn't stop him from being badass to me.

Don't. The later LN volumes make the earlier story arcs look retarded. If you think Tatsuya is some kind of natural "badass" gigolo now, he won't seem so "badass" when you figure out why.
