@Haiyame, While I do sort of agree with you I also know from experience that having people to stand by your side in those moments can very easily be the difference between giving in to despair or choosing to fight through it.

Bah the nanoha group preaching to all the Puella Magi is a farce. Sure maybe Homura and the rest can stop feeling guilt ridden but all that Nanoha's group is doing is self-satsisfaction. Even if they save Madoka and the other's lives now with Walapugus Night, they will eventually become witches later when Nanoha's group leaves. So mearly its just making their death last longer. The whole friendship thing is bullshit to me in sitautions. Sure it has a great power to continue foward and live, but there will always be times when humans despair. So the corruption of the soul gems can't be be stopped. Sorry but I don't think nanoha's friendship policies really work in the Puella Magi universe.
