You know, the story doesn't make much sense right now and pacing is a bit weird, but you gotta appreciate the details on the guns. The mantlets and the muzzles are drawn pretty damn close to the actual things. Even the side skirts got integrated in the character design.
Note that the PzIII K's gun was perfectly capable of piercing the not-so-heavy armour of the PzIV.

This manga fits people who are like "Kazu-chan": clumsy, airheaded and ehm... stupid?
This wasn't necessary at all, all those 4go-chan references in the manga and anime were a huge turn-down to me and made me question the MCs sanity at least a dozen times.
I can relate if young men are interested in military, technology, nature, science and history but
hell it's a rape of history and military technology created shamelessly to collect your money.
Better invest it in model kits of the real thing (i.e. the original tank model)...
