At least that way people who search and filter out a specific demographic won't lose out on this one.
I've been digging around to try and end this pointless argument, but no website I could find has listed a demographic for 愛尼曼數位 (the book publisher), 日更計劃 [日更Project] (the online publisher) or Animen (the parent company). If any of you guys can find anything, just post a link, and we can end this stupidity.
Just read the raws, and make a judgement call from that. I can see both arguments for Seinen and Shoujo.

They decide based on where it was published. The Demographic of the Magazine or book is going to be the Demographic of the Manga.
I'm going to pass on that. I never at any point said anything about the translation quality XD - I'm quite thankful that I can even read it in English. I've just been skimming the raws and using my low-level Cantonese ability to comprehend the major plot points.

Unfortunately, publisher doesn't list a demographic. And the publisher website is very much more of an online portal for self-published manga (think Alphapolis, where their manga literally falls into the non-existent Isekai genre).
That said, a quick glance at the various other offerings (and by quick, I really just mean 'look and judge by their cover shot') seems to indicate that most of their offerings are intended for male audiences. If you also read ahead and realize who this manga focuses on, I'd say the description of 'deal with issues of adulthood' to be slightly more accurate than 'romance and character development' - but that's only judging up to the 22nd chapter. The romance part seems to start taking hold a bit more now, and you can argue that the 'issues of adulthood' is really a part of 'character development', so I guess either way works.
On the matter, I'm entirely unfamiliar with how China distributes their manga, but Batoto has shown in the past that it will enforce demographic tags based on the magazine it was published in, at least for Japanese manga. Seeing how this might have been published, you would have to check the publisher for the actual tag.
Not that it would matter much if the publisher also said it was the Chinese equivalent of seinen.

Yeah, it's true that the Republican Party hates the Clintons for reasons which make no sense. That does not, however, mean that the Clintons are good people; both of them were and are lousy, and the Democrats would have been much better off kicking out everybody who was associated with them the minute Al Gore demonstrated in 2000 that the country really didn't want any more of the Clinton brand.

In the sense that he was the one who advised Reagan that it would be a good idea to order it and then carried out Ronald Reagan's orders along those lines, yes. For some reason, he continued to have influence with later administrations, despite the way this backfired almost immediately. The American political establishment never gives up on people who are willing to push for really bad ideas, like Henry Kissinger or Hillary Clinton.
I don't normally read Chinese stuff but this actually looks like it has an original premise.
Interesting premise so far, and I'm reading the Chinese raws and liking them.
If you are curious: Female MC Chinese name is 桑雅, which Google pronounces it as Sāng yǎ - Sunya or Sonya or Sanja is decent enough for names. Male MC Chinese name is 奧斯德, which Google pronounces it as Ào sī dé... Google straight translates this to Oster, but that's rather awkward for naming purposes.

Why use the term muggle? Was that actually in the original? I know this sounds petty but there is nothing cringier than using another intellectual property's terminology in your own work instead of just explaining things. Cuz this means that this piece of work is no longer independently consumable. If you never watched Harry Potter, and you read this, you have to demolish your immersion into the story to look up the definition of this random word on google. Just say human, or commoner, or unenchanted, or non-magic-folk.
