Anyone have any idea where I can read the missing chapters. I checked MangaCow and all but nothing comes up.

 

A long ctrl+V, ctrl+C nightmare...they are indeed the worst ones.

I hate idiots who get so wrapped up in revenge that they'll cling to the idea of revenge even if it gets in the way of actual revenge.

Revenge is fine.  I believe in it, really, up to a point anyway.  But revenge against the specific guilty party or it isn't really revenge, it's just victimizing the innocent.  And verify the target.

He just won't stay down. 

I guess you're right.  But now I'm even more confused.  Same-face problems maybe?  I thought that was present-day Marchen fighting the bad guy, but now it looks like something that happened back when and is about bad guy's big long term plan setup, but then who was he fighting?  And what on earth does he want that he couldn't have got way more easily some other way than this elaborate years-in-the-making fiddling around?

Based on the snippets we've had here and there through the series, it's like his goal is to turn his proxy-revenge-targets into an enemy powerful enough that they could have hope of defeating him, so that his proxy-revenge would include the sweetness of crushing that hope.  All this, when near as I can figure he doesn't even hate them, he's just screwing with them because it would annoy some dude who's already dead.  How elaborate and deliberately-building-in-possible-defeat do plans have to be before instead of being a mastermind, you're just a moron?

I cannot find the continuance of this story on manga cow I only find the rows... PS that 10 month brake though.

I'm glad this is continuing. I had no idea the author was so ill, I just thought they axed it.

Marchen has more content in the stories within its story than its actual plot.

Ch 21's last panel got me. Damn.

More importantly, why isn't this arc ending? Maybe another chapter or two? Three? I'm guessing it'll be another three, max.

It's friggin' interesting and all, but I'm forgetting what the original story is about already....

Oh well... Let's keep on riding this train until the last stop is willing to show itself.

This is one of those "stories inside story" kind of thing , "Box in box" , The outer box is the the main story , the inner box is the sub story. The main story is about a guy reading sub-stories and learns skills , So yeah .. it's almost like an MMO , where the story is focuses on a dude that cheats by reading skill books ( LOTS of skill books ) , and for some reason those skill books are very detailed in backstory ( LOTS OF DETAILS ) .

You know those power-up scenario where MC pick up/learns a hidden skill ? And those are almost always get time-skip ? Well this story says" fuck you time-skip" , i'm gonna draw all these "time skips" . Because fuck you time skips
